This study aims to determine social capital and innovation in increasing competitive advantage achieve marketing performance the traditional sculpture industry Indonesia. The quantitative method with population this is a entrepreneur Gianyar sample of 130 entrepreneurs. analysis technique uses SEM-PLS 3.0. results show that continuous have positive significant effect on advantage, has non-significant performance, an insignificant fully mediates capital.
